The Story Behind The Sacred Road

In my work as a hypnotherapist, it was my job to guide people into their inner world—to explore and discover the patterns imprinted there that were influencing the choices they were making in their lives.

 

But discovery was only the beginning. The real work came through reflection: looking at those patterns with curiosity and asking where there might be an opportunity for change, healing, or growth.

 

It was from this perspective that I began writing The Sacred Road: A Guided Travel & Reflection Journal for Self-Discovery on the Road.

 

I originally designed The Sacred Road as a companion for women traveling independently—a way to make the outer journey an opportunity for an inner one. But somewhere along the way, I realized I was creating something larger than a travel journal.

 

The Sacred Road is a guide for anyone who wants to know themselves more deeply.

 

Its chapters follow a natural progression of self-discovery, but the journal isn't meant to tell you where you should be on your journey. You can move through it from beginning to end, or open it to the place that speaks to what you are experiencing right now.

 

Because no two journeys unfold in quite the same way. The road may be literal. It may be a highway stretching toward somewhere you've never been before.  Or it may simply be the road you are walking through your own life.

 

Either way, the invitation is the same:  Pay attention.  Reflect.  Listen to what your life is showing you.

 

And discover where your own Sacred Road may be leading.
